Return Policy
At The Painted Navel we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have questions about any product or need advice please feel free to call us anytime during business hours of 10 am until 6 pm PST at (800) 451-0949.
To maintain the quality and safety of our makeup/paints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on makeup/paint. If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly exchange the unused product for the correct product at no cost.
We cannot accept returns on eyelashes, thongs, nipple concealers, makeup, brushes, FX items, unless the merchandise is defective. The Painted Navel will inspect the damaged product prior to any exchange or credit.
All returns must be authorized first, to get approval on a return or exchange, please call (800) 451-0949 and we will issue a confirmation. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so we can issue a replacement. If a return or exchange is not communicated to The Painted Navel within 3 days from the date your package is delivered. A return will not be authorized.
If a package containing product is shipped back to The Painted Navel without a return confirmation, the package will be returned at the customer´s expense.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all products with an authorized return.

Processing and Shipping
Our goal at The Painted Navel is to process and ship your order within 48 business hours.
We are closed on weekends. All US holidays will delay the shipment arrival time of your package. In the event that one or more of your items is on back order you will be notified by phone or email before you are charged. Once you are contacted, if we do not receive a response within 2 business days, any out of stock item will be removed from the order and the rest will be shipped. If you wish to receive your order faster, expedited shipping methods are available (Overnight and 2nd day air) your order should be placed before noon PST.

The Painted Navel ships most orders United States Postal Priority Mail.
This service is Not Guaranteed. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged the post office will not accept a claim. By request only, we can insure it at an additional cost; this will depend on the weight and size of the package.

For very large orders The Painted Navel may ship UPS. If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the package immediately upon delivery. Do not open the package so that it can be returned to us. A claim will be filed for all damaged packages. Please note UPS does not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Time Estimates for International Shipping
Priority International Mail takes 6-10 business days.
PIM does provide a label number and can tracked but this service is not guaranteed. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged the post office will not accept a claim. We can insure it at an additional cost; this will depend on the weight and size of the package. International Insurance coverage is subject to both U.S. Postal Service regulations and the domestic regulations of the destination country. Insurance coverage varies by country and is not available to some countries. The addressee must report damage of an insured article''''s contents at their local Post Office.
PIM Flat Rate Envelope is available for light weight and small flat objects can be shipped in an envelope. Insurance is not offered for PIM flat rate envelopes
Express International Mail takes 5 business days, however writing special instructions for the drivers that will deliver your packages is not an available option for us.
Free Shipping applies to US orders over $200. Excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Shipping method will be determined at The Painted Navel´s discretion.
